CANCELLATION, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
This section applies solely to consumers (and not businesses or other organizations) who place orders for goods.
You have the right to cancel your contract with Grace Publications Trust within 14 days after receiving the goods, in accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations. To exercise your right to cancel within this timeframe, you must provide written notification to us by post or email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for returning the goods to Grace Publications Trust at your own expense, unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
No right of cancellation, refund, or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used the product, unless you are returning it due to defects.
YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION – FOR CONSUMERS
All return requests and claims for damages must be communicated to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you have a query or wish to initiate a return, please email contact@gracepublicationstrust with your order/invoice number before sending any items back.
Please allow up to 30 days for any refunded amount to be credited back to your account. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Credit card refunds will be issued to the original card used for the purchase. It may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement, although often the refund is processed more swiftly.
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for eBooks or other digital content, unless the files are defective. If you encounter any issues with your eBook file, please contact us, and we will resolve the matter for you.
We strive to process your order as expeditiously as possible. Delivery times may vary, but please allow up to 6 working days for your order to reach you. If you have a specific deadline for receiving your resources, please utilize the express delivery option when placing your order.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In most cases, we will hold the entire order until all items are in stock (if we have insufficient stock to fulfill your order). We do this to minimize shipping costs for you. If this is the situation, we will notify you accordingly. However, items can be sent separately upon request.
IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS
We make diligent efforts to ensure that the displayed images and book descriptions are up to date and accurate. However, product covers may vary upon delivery. If you have any inquiries, please contact our office. If you notice any discrepancies on our website, please notify our office.
INACCURATE RECEIPTS, BILLS, AND SETTLEMENTS
We consistently provide receipts with the goods. We assure you that any errors in bills, receipts, or payments will be rectified promptly.
