Andrew King – CEO
Andrew directs the work of Grace Publications, exercising oversight of our entire work. He was born and raised in Bedfordshire and worked as a university lecturer in engineering design for over 10 years at the University of Bristol. He then retrained and served as a pastor at Highbury Baptist Church in Islington, north London for just over 10 years. He is now an unpaid co-pastor there alongside Phil Heaps who serves in a paid role. Andrew also serves as Managing Director of Grace Baptist Association.

Andrew Roycroft – Managing Editor
Andrew works closely with the CEO and looks after our overall operation as a publisher. He is a graduate of Queens University Belfast, and holds postgraduate degrees in English Literature and Theology. Having served in pastoral ministry for 24 years, Andrew knows the challenges and opportunities that attend nurturing believers in their faith in the local church context, and believes deeply in the power of quality publishing to assist in this work.

Helen Gray – Production Manager
Helen is responsible for the production journey each of our books makes from proposal to proofing, through typesetting to publication. Although she was born in London and grew up in Cambridgeshire, Helen now lives in North-west England in Wigan, where her husband is pastoring a church. Helen studied history at the University of Central Lancashire and has worked in proofreading and editing for over twenty years. She began working with Grace Publications in 2022.

Josiah Lindsay – Administrator
Josiah manages all of our administration as a publisher, maintaining much of our online retail presence, co-ordinating distribution and generally keeping our pipeline open! He grew up East London, but later migrated to North London. He studied history at university whilst working in a library, subsequently going into library work full-time, before becoming a charity administrator.
